Who I am
I am a result driven Agile coach and Scrum master with more than 10 years experience in Agile environments. I have been a core team member of departments driving digital transformation in LeasePlan, TNT and the Municipality of Rotterdam. I am experienced in driving and coaching organisations in adopting Agile and Scrum and have a proven track record in starting up successful Agile departments and organisations.
I love working with teams and organisations and helping them improve in how they work and how they deliver value to customers. Because I can operate on both strategic and operational level I can be the driving force for organisations in achieving their goals.

Part of the team starting up LeasePlan Digital - a new department to drive the company’s digital transformation. As Agile Coach I am responsible for setting up the initial organisation, drafting and evangelising organisational principles, and helping the teams implement Agile scaling frameworks like Spotify and Large-Scale Scrum. As Scrum Master I facilitated the first four teams to a state where they were able to deliver continuous customer value.
Together with the recruitment team I helped LeasePlan Digital grow to more than a hundred employees in 1 year. I am also responsible for aligning the teams with other departments in LeasePlan and driving and coaching the organisation in adopting Agile and Scrum. Until November 2017 I was part of the servant leadership team.
